(1) Products

The product I would like is not in stock.

We manufacture all of our products from our Brisbane workroom. If the colour you require is not in stock please email orders@bodysocks.com.au.

What size should I buy?

We recommend checking the size guide prior to purchase. Make sure you have measured the user from head to foot and choose the size recommended by height. If you choose the incorrect sizing you may affect the strength of the product. We can not guarantee exchange on a product where the incorrect size has been purchased.

What are the different products made from?

The Body Socks, Tunnels, Bed Socks and Resistance Bands are manufactured from a breathable see through lycra which feels soft and comfortable.

Are there different size body socks?

Yes, there are 5 sizes in the Body Socks, 4 sizes in the Bed Socks and 2 sizes in the Resistance Bands. Please refer to the sizing chart for options available.

Are all of the products manufactured in Australia?

Yes, Body Socks is registered with the Australian Made Campaign and all products are made in our Brisbane workroom.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa and MasterCard as well as direct PayPal, Afterpay and Zippay account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact use the link "Become a Stockist" at the top of the main page.

(3) Exchange / Refund policy

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Notification of damaged / faulty items must be received in writing. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip and be received by Body Socks within 14 days of return notification. Products received after this period may not be eligible for return. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Body Socks products. 

Please ensure you select items carefully before purchasing as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

(4) Caring for your product

Machine Washable...We recommend using a delicate's bag and no Velcro products in the wash. Please be aware if harsh chemicals are used it will alter the integrity of the fabric. Do not use on hard surfaces and check regularly for holes or tears in the product. 

(5) Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Body Socks ships within Australia and New Zealand. Please note the Portable Therapy mats are not able to be shipped to New Zealand due to their size. If you purhcase a portable Therapy mat to ship to internationally you will be refunded the total amount for the mat and your order will be shipped without it. We are sorry for the inconvenience.  

How long will delivery of my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 1-7 business days depending on location. Remote areas can take longer. Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?

Body Socks has flat rate shipping. Please see current rates at checkout. 

*Please note for the Therapy mat, extra shipping may apply depending on loaction due to the size of the package, we will contact you if that is the case.  Not available to our New Zealand customers*

(6) Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash under an circumstance, this includes change of mind purchases. The voucher is only redeemable for stock that is available in store at time of use unless you have contacted out team prior to purchase. It can take up to 30 minutes for your voucher to arrive via email.
